Lovely house with a garden listed in the historic register (Carmen). Completely renovated in excellent condition. It is an oasis of tranquillity in the Centre of the tourist district.
The House and the Garden:
• Detached in excellent condition, with a bedroom, a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Renovated in a classic Spanish style. Sleeps four.
• Modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, vitro ceramic hobs, microwave, large Windows looking over the garden and granite countertops.
• All modern conveniences, including Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and washing machine.
• Very bright with large double glazed doors that open on to the garden, where you can eat.
• Located in a large garden of a Carmen than is listed on the national historic register. With quiet places to practice yoga or meditation.
• Private access from a quiet side street. Parking is possible, although a car is not necessary.

• Located in one of the best areas of the historic district of Albayzin, on a quiet street, only 50 metres from the bus stop in plaza de San Miguel bajo.
• The House is situated in a garden of a Carmen from the early 19th century
• A short and pleasant stroll through pedestrian streets you can find monuments and multiple squares with restaurants, bars, etc.

Nos ha parecido un sitio precioso,tipica casa granadina con mucho encanto y embrujo.Dias inolvidables en su maravilloso jardin.La casa acogedora y llena de de detalles que te hacen sentir como en tu casa.
El atardedecer y la salida de la luna desde el torreòn de la casa un lujo, desde donde vimos las maravillosas vistas de Granada y la Alhambra, y no olvidar la estupenda copa que nos ofrecieron Isabela y Don,gente maravillosa que en todo momento se ocuparon de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más còmoda posible.Muchas gracias a los dos.
