Not far from Deptford Mall and multiple shopping centers. 20 - 30 min.'s to Philadelphia and close to major highways (routes 55, 42 & 295). Furnished bedroom w/ full bathroom + washer / dryer access. I am a 45 y/o professional female who lives in S. Jersey and works in Phila. I do have a small dog (miniature poodle) and I smoke outside (in the garage when it's cold). I am neat, responsible, quiet and keep a hectic schedule. Ideal roommate would be a person with similar lifestyle ....professional & respectful (and able to pay their bills on time) is all I care about. I am offering a one bedroom (furnished) and access to kitchen, laundry room, living room and patio. Lease is month-month, $700 per month neg. (plus deposit).
